Welcome to Little Programmers Digital Agency. You agree to the terms outlined below by accessing or using our services. These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients, regardless of geographic location, and form a binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and Little Programmers Digital Agency (“we” or “us”). Service Customization and Modifications
Clients can request customizations to the services offered. Changes that go beyond the agreed-upon scope will be reviewed and priced separately. Little Programmers reserves the right to decline requests that are not feasible or conflict with current commitments.
Payment Terms
- For services like Graphic Design or Web Development: A 50% upfront payment is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
- For all packages and add-on services: Full payment is required before the commencement of work. For example, clients selecting the Starter Business Package must pay the price of the package value upfront.
Payments are accepted through Direct Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Stripe. No refunds or cancellations are allowed once work has commenced.
Intellectual Property Rights
The client holds the intellectual property rights to the deliverables upon full payment. However, Little Programmers retains the right to showcase the work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in a non-disclosure agreement.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, we will first seek to resolve them through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh or United State. This applies to all clients, including international ones.
Limitation of Liability
Little Programmers is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including data loss, system downtime, or reputational harm
Governing Law
The laws of Bangladesh govern these terms, and international clients agree to be bound by these laws when engaging with our agency
Termination
Either party may terminate the contract if the other fails to meet their obligations under these terms. There will be no refunds for services already rendered at the time of termination.
